At Artsy Velvet, your happiness with your purchase is our top priority! If something doesn’t look or feel right, please don’t hesitate to email us at support@artsyvelvet.com—we’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

By placing an order, you confirm your acceptance of the terms outlined below.


Order Cancellation or Modification

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please email us at support@artsyvelvet.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Be sure to include your order number and details of the desired changes.

  • After 2 hours, orders are locked for processing and cannot be modified or canceled.
  • Personalized orders are immediately locked after purchase and cannot be adjusted. Please double-check all details before completing your order.
  • Design modifications may delay delivery timelines.

We’ll confirm once your cancellation or modification request has been processed.


Replacement & Refund Policy

Our replacement and refund policy is valid for 7 days from your delivery date. Unfortunately, requests made beyond this period cannot be honored.

Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, full refunds or exchanges are only offered in the following cases:

  • The item is damaged (due to factory or carrier issues).
  • The item is incorrect.
  • The item is defective.

Please Note:

  • Slight color variations (due to lighting) or up to 20% differences from advertised images (due to handmade production) are not considered defects.
  • Partial refunds (excluding shipping fees) may be offered for other valid reasons.

How to File a Claim:
Send an email to support@artsyvelvet.com with:

  1. Your order number.
  2. Video/photo evidence of the defective product and shipping label.
  3. For print errors, photos showing the mistake.
  4. For sizing issues, photos with a measuring tape or ruler.

Our team will review your claim and, if eligible, offer a replacement or refund. Unauthorized returns that do not meet our requirements will not be refunded.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Vantique is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to the sender due to customer errors.

  • Orders returned to the manufacturer’s warehouse are destroyed and cannot be retrieved.
  • Replacements for such cases will incur additional charges.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your bank. If you haven’t received your refund within this timeframe:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
  2. If the issue persists, contact us at support@artsyvelvet.com and we’ll assist you further.
